Happy news #2 - Taiwan is beating Corona, against the odds

Taiwan, which is close to China, was predicted to be greatly affected by the Corona virus. Now they have fewer than 50 infected people. The fact that they realized their vulnerability early on and implemented major measures right away has enabled them to stay ahead of the outbreak, researches at Stanford reports.

Humpback whale population bounces back

Happy news #3 - Humpback whale population bounces back

Recent research shows that the humpback whales in the South Atlantic have bounced back from the brink of extinction. From only 450 left to now over 25,000. This is amazing news for all whale and ocean lovers. Known as one of the most acrobatic whales, we assume all Humpback whales are literally celebrating with a splash.
