Your ocean necklace is carefully handcrafted and designed in Norway.
In order to make your exact necklace, we collected abandoned fishing nets from Huk (coordinates 59.895°N 10.675°E), a beach on the Southeastern coast of Norway. After that, our team carefully assembled and crafted your necklace by hand, a time consuming but rewarding piece of work. Because of this, no two necklaces will ever be identical.
Wear the ocean necklace as a reminder for a cleaner ocean, and spread the word about how others also can make a positive impact.
Your purchase funded the collection of 2 kg (~4 lbs) plastic waste from the ocean and coastlines, which is the equivalent of 100 plastic bottles. The ocean and all marine life will forever be grateful.
You also had a direct impact on human life. We pay a premium for plastic to our plastic collectors. The income is instrumental for the plastic collectors, and enables them to provide for their families.
